Connect to your Natural State of Wellbeing, Wisdom and Resilience
Transformational Training, Coaching & Retreats
Welcome and thank you for being here
I’m Kirstien, Co-Founder of Field of Possibility. Psychologist, Facilitator, Counsellor and Coach.
I’ve seen that when people wake up to the inner source of their adaptability, recovery, wellbeing, wisdom and potential, relationships thrive and they navigate life with greater clarity and ease, whatever the circumstances.
Whether you’re in a high-pressure job, wanting relationships to flourish, facing mental health challenges, undergoing a life transition or wishing to fulfil your potential. Discovering how you are naturally designed to be a field of possibility is life changing.
What better place for you, your team, or partner to explore the nature of mind, self, and reality than in a tranquil field in Devon where you can also enjoy being out in nature, bathe in the wildlife swim pond and take a sauna.
I invite you to explore what we have to offer from the Field here and get in touch if I can be of any support.

Our team was transformed by our time in the Field of Possibility
From our first conversations Kirstien intuitively understood what we needed as a group and created a day that both met those needs and offered so much more.
Our team was transformed by our time in the Field of Possibility. Trust, warmth and connectedness between us grew out of her skilful, warm, honest facilitation and ability to be in and use nature together.
We were able to turn up as ourselves and begin to think and feel creatively together about our work. We left with a new clarity feeling like a gang, in support and trust.

I have found myself in a calmer place since doing the RAW training...
I felt something really shifted in me in a positive way that day. Kirstien was a very skillful facilitator finding the right balance of giving psychological theory for reflection and holding space for people to talk. I felt really heard and validated and it was very team building too. I have found myself in a calmer place since doing the RAW training and much more present. The venue is absolutely beautiful in nature and very peaceful, the perfect environment to have an away day, let go of work and come back to the self and re-set.

This was outstanding training...
This was outstanding training and should be used as a model for all services.
A major benefit was helping people to process past trauma and experiences and giving us tools so we don't let our past baggage negatively influence the job as much as giving us the tools to look after ourselves to support our wellbeing in this job".
Carole Whittaker, Senior Advocate, NHS Communication and Wellbeing training

The big difference with this course is its permanency
The big difference with this course compared to other mental health/wellbeing interventions is it’s permanency.
It is about building resilience now and for the future to sustain mental wellbeing rather than to fix a short term or immediate crisis.”

I have felt myself feel more settled, more accepting of myself and more able to meet the challenges in my life.
Thank you so much Kirstien and Sarah. This has been a brilliant experience. Week by week I have felt myself feel more settled, more accepting of myself and more able to meet the challenges in my life. From the moment I set foot in the field, you helped me to feel welcome and at ease. I’m so grateful for this opportunity to spend time with such a wise, kind group of people in such a beautiful space.

It was heaven and Im still feeling it...
Kirstien and Sarah are extraordinarily open hearted, creative and magically REAL people. They held such a beautiful and elemental space for all of us women... It was the deepest commune with nature, the most profound meeting of women and the most poignant discovery of myself. It was heaven and I'm still feeling it. Just one complaint; it was really hard to leave. And then I remembered: I could take the whole experience with me: FOREVER

This is something which will stick with me for life and actually grows more.
I found the learning on the course to be enlightening and it is something that always feels like it’s there, unlike other training or courses, the content of which fades quite quickly. This is something that will stick with me for life and actually grows more”.

The Sanctuary was like a dream.
The Sanctuary was like a dream. I kept thinking I was going to wake up, and I did in one sense. The insight around letting go of thoughts and just being has helped me already.

I now have a completely different appreciation for life, people and perspectives.
“This course is a life-changer and a game-changer. I have a completely different appreciation for life, people and perspectives. I also am stress and anxiety free. I really now also understand how damaging and pointless that anxiety and stress was”.

I've seen its possible to live without blame and let go of heaviness from the past
“I’ve touched an incredible deep sense of wellbeing that can’t be taken away, even by illness or death.
In my moments of insight I have felt light and free, and really really well in a deeply peaceful way. I’ve seen that it’s possible to live without blame and to let go of lots of heaviness from the past I was still carrying”.

The glasses need to be viewed so you can realise your own presence and peace
It was like being given pair of new glasses to see the world. The glasses might shakeup everything you thought or they might deepen everything you already knew. Whatever they do the glasses need to be viewed so you can realise your own presence and peace.

An empowering context for everyone to feel safe, included and valued.
I found it an extraordinary and valuable experience of sharing love, challenge and joy with a group of women with whom I had no previous connection. The journey and the experience was facilitated through the brilliant organisation of Kirstien Bjerregaard and Sarah Webb. Their commitment to, and participation with the group process created an empowering context for everyone to feel safe, included and valued. Most importantly they also contributed to the experience having a lot of fun and sharing laughter in buckets.

Nothing has come as close to being as transformative
In my 20 years in the workplace I have experienced a lot of training. Nothing has come close to being as transformative as what Kirstien and Claire invited us to experience. If you get the chance, take it in a heartbeat!

I arrived feeling lost and left feeling stronger, clearer, and more at ease about where I was and where I was going.
The immersive coaching experience with Kirstien was exactly what I needed at a big turning point in my life, going through my divorce. She has this wonderful combination of warmth and love yet she’s really professional and clear about where we’re going.
I arrived feeling lost and left feeling stronger, clearer, and more at ease about where I was and where I was going. It truly exceeded my expectations, even getting lost on Dartmoor became part of the learning!
It came at just the right time and gave me tools and understanding that have really stayed with me”

She is an incredible guide of this exploration of the interface between inner and outer landscapes.
I found the 3 day nature immersion experience with Kirstien incredibly profound and long lasting.
It was as if the being out in nature pried open my nature allowing me to become more acquainted with, and trusting of who I truly am.
She is an incredible guide of this exploration of the interface between inner and outer landscapes. It didn’t feel like the usual arduous therapy work but like letting go.
I now feel confident to access answers as they arise in the moment rather than forcing them from my head. A true turning point in how I approach life and therapy.

The experience was expansive and enriching
I thoroughly enjoyed my immersion experience with Kirstien; she was a wonderfully supportive guide and a truly nurturing presence throughout the journey.
I particularly appreciated the inviting environment, her sensitivity and wisdom, and how she was able to imbue the experience with as much sacred significance as playful joy.
The experience was expansive and enriching; as a result I have been able to access aspects of myself previously hidden, which I can now process and integrate into my life moving forward.

People even tell me I look different
Towards the end of our work, we explored how breathwork could help release some of the emotional tension I was carrying. The two-hour session was incredible — powerful and deeply freeing.
I felt completely safe and supported, and the shift has been lasting. People even tell me I look different. I can’t explain it, but I feel lighter, more in control, and deeply grateful.
I can’t recommend Kirstien highly enough.”

It felt like a really natural and organic way of exploring and understanding
I think the journey has felt like a massive privilege. Enriching and inspiring to hear your wisdom and understanding, and hearing what has unfolded for the other passengers in the bus. I
have learnt more about the interconnectedness of between us all and our surroundings and our physical bodies and ‘psychic’ bodies.
It felt like a really natural and organic way of exploring and understanding that has gone way beyond the zoom sessions. I have understood and observed that we need to trust and to love and to listen and to know. Wow!!! What an amazing thing!!”

I would describe this coaching journey as a really great way to learn to trust ourselves and our intuition more
Kirstien, I particularly loved your way of showing us the principles in your inquisitive , intuitive and broadest smiley way.
I would describe this coaching journey as a really great way to learn to trust ourselves and our intuition more…to take the time out to re-group our thoughts in what can be a pretty hectic life and to challenge our ideas of reality and the wisdom that we all hold inside us that can be exercised and used to enhance our experience of life, and not feel too guilty when we don’t.
Kerensa Gordon, Hotel Manager - 6 month small group coaching journey

Every time I speak with Kirstien, I am myself, motivated to take on the world with new ideas and fresh perspective,
“Kirstien has been integral in developing the Resilience course we run for maternity healthcare professionals. Kirstien’s breadth of knowledge around the subject of coping with extremely stressful incidences as part of your daily life has lent itself to the superb delivery and content of the course. In addition, the flexibility and adaptability of how she works in trying to ensure that each delegate gets the most that they can out of the day is awe-inspiring.
When I first started speaking to her about my ideas which were vague she immediately got it and knew exactly where to take it and develop it into something that would be beneficial.
Her communication with the delegates is both empathic and motivational. Every time I speak with Kirstien, I am myself, motivated to take on the world with new ideas and fresh perspective, and I am grateful to have to got to know her over these 10 years.
