Transformative Coaching, Training and Retreats
Enhancing wellbeing, resilience and wisdom from the inside-out through understanding the psychological nature of life
Welcome
I’m Kirstien, Co-Founder of Field of Possibility. Psychologist, Educator, Therapist and Coach
Our approach is grounded in the understanding that we are innately resilient, and that clarity, wellbeing, and vitality emerge from within. Through insight led, embodied, relational work, we support people to reconnect with their inner wisdom, transform limiting patterns, and meet life with greater ease and confidence.
Whether you’re in a high-pressure job, recovering from burnout, wanting relationships to flourish, undergoing a life transition or wishing to fulfil your potential. Discovering how you are naturally designed to be a field of possibility is life changing.
What better place for you, your team, or partner to explore the nature of mind, self, and reality than in a tranquil field in Devon where you can also enjoy being out in nature, bathe in the wildlife swim pond and take a sauna. Our work can also be delivered online, or at a venue of your choice across the UK and Europe.
I invite you to explore what we have to offer from the Field here and get in touch if I can be of any support.

The Training Field
Being a field of possibility is built into the psychological design of being human, it is also an idyllic natural space we have created in Littlehempston near Totnes, in Devon.
Look Around
The most wonderful thing about nature is that its freely available to nourish your wellbeing anytime you pay it attention. Simply put, being out in nature and aware of our own nature:
helps regulate our body/mind, so we get present in the moment
it reminds us we are an integral part of a bigger whole, ‘you are not a drop in the ocean but the ocean in a drop’, Rumi
we can gain a deeper awareness of our connection to the web of life and its universal intelligence.
we get to engage with life in as we encounter it before our eyes, whether its through our experience of the weather, interacting with other creatures or observing trees, plants and fungi.
What we see in the outer landscape can reveal things about our inner landscape and expand our awareness of whats possible.
Moreover, we can be reminded that everything is transient and nature lives us all.
Being out in nature and understanding our inner nature facilitates awareness of how we are naturally designed to adapt and thrive in a mutually enhancing relationship with the earth
