Kirstien Bjerregaard PhD, MBACP, Co-founder, Director and Practitioner
Kirstien is a psychologist, integrative psycho-therapist, and transformative coach whose work has supported leaders, frontline professionals and individuals to communicate effectively, navigate conflict, and enhance resilience and wellbeing. She draws on latest in neuroscience, psychology, the 3 Principles, nature-based therapies, and lived experience to show how people are naturally designed to connect, adapt, and flourish even in challenging circumstances.
With a background in international emergency relief, Sure Start community development programmes, organisational leadership, therapy, and coaching, she brings a grounded, real-world understanding to her experiential training and transformational coaching.
She helps individuals and teams deepen their awareness of how the human operating system (mind, body and spirit) shapes their experience of life so they can access clarity, creativity, and discover their potential.
Outside of work, she delights in being a force of nature herself, enjoying cups of tea in stormy weather, swimming, gardening, dancing, and being a mum.

Vicki Churchill
GROUNDS AND CONSERVATION CARETAKER
Nature is my family and home. Ever since I was a child I have found comfort and wisdom in the wildlife around me. I love sharing my curiosity about nature with others, through photography and knowledge.
“I’ve touched an incredible deep sense of wellbeing that can’t be taken away, even by illness or death. In my moments of insight I have felt light and free, and really really well in a deeply peaceful way. I’ve seen that it’s possible to live without blame and to let go of lots of heaviness from the past I was still carrying”.
