Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to join the Resourced from Within Retreat.

We understand that life can change unexpectedly. The following policy is designed to offer clarity and fairness, while honouring the care and preparation that goes into holding this retreat space.

Booking Confirmation

Your place on the retreat is confirmed once:

  • Your registration form has been submitted, and

  • The required full payment or payment plan agreement has been received.

You will receive written confirmation by email within 48 hours of payment.

Participant Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email.

The following terms apply:

More than 30 days before the retreat start date

A full refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit of £50.00

15-30 days before the retreat start date

A 50% refund of the total retreat fee will be issued. The deposit remains non-refundable.

14 days or fewer before the retreat start date

Payments are non-refundable.

However, if your place can be filled from a waiting list, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant up to 5 days before the retreat start date, subject to approval and completion of the registration process.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment:

  • You will receive a full refund of all payments made, or

  • You may choose to transfer your booking to a future retreat date.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation bookings. We recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance.

Illness or Emergency

We recognise that unexpected health issues or personal emergencies can arise.

If you need to cancel for these reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we will do our best to offer:

  • A transfer to a future retreat date, or

  • Credit toward a future programme.

Any such arrangements are offered at our discretion.

Insurance

We recommend participants obtain suitable travel and cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
