Training programs and Workshops for Leaders, Teams and Individuals
Education which enhances collective and individual wellbeing, resilience, compassion, clarity and potential in a way that lasts.
Who we work with
We work with a wide range of leaders and frontline professionals in health, care, education, emergency response, hospitality and community roles, to enhance their capacity to deliver quality service to others whilst nourishing their own wellbeing, resilience and growth.
“This was outstanding training and should be used as a model for all services. A major benefit was helping people to process past trauma and experiences and giving us tools so we don't let our past baggage negatively influence the job as much as giving us the tools to look after ourselves to support our wellbeing in this job".
Carole Whittaker, Senior Advocate, NHS Communication and Wellbeing training

How this happens
Our experiential learning approach gives people an in-depth understanding of their psychological operating system.
This awareness enables people to operate from a place of choice, clarity and creativity rather than inevitability and fear. It results in:
Increased clarity of mind and resourcefulness.
Greater ability to navigate challenges and setbacks
Expanded sense of well-being, resilience and potential
Improved performance, relationships, communication, and self-esteem
Alleviation of stress, anxiety and overwhelm
Burnout and trauma recovery
Example Formats
Training can take many shapes — from a single facilitated day to a sustained programme running over several months. Here are four examples of how we typically work with organisations.
The big difference with this course compared to other mental health/wellbeing interventions is it’s permanency. It is about building resilience now and for the future to sustain mental wellbeing rather than to fix a short term or immediate crisis.
