Together we consider the role mind and the human condition play in generating clarity, communication, trust, love, understanding, as well as conflict, insecurity and mental illness.

When people understand how they are designed to operate from a field of possibility and experience being this way; they trust more in their wisdom and resilience, they experience more ease, pro-activity, intimacy and wellbeing.

    Retreats for couples to have space from busy schedules and familiar behaviour patterns and spend ‘quality’ time together that will enhance the relationship in a sustainable way.

    We support you to reflect on, and better understand the evolving nature of your relationship. To improve communication, transform conflict and deepen intimacy.

  • Nature Immersions

    We run half day/one day/weekend nature immersions for individuals, couples & families, young people & old.

    When people take time out from life’s demands and busy pace, and immerse themselves in the beautiful wild coastal and moorland landscapes of south devon, they get in touch with more inner peace and calm.

    We guide people to notice and better understand their connection with nature and their mind’s natural capacity to heal and recover from stress, overwhelm, exhaustion and trauma. People learn to tune into their inner nature as a means to guide them in life.
