for Women

21st - 23rd June 2024

Summer Solstice Retreat

Women have a soul need to express themself. Women have a soul need to develop and to blossom in ways that make sense to them.

Clarissa Pinkola Estes

In circles, around fires, through listening, singing and movement, we will share our soulful longings and musings and find a deep source of peace and wisdom to stay poised in life’s storms.

The Invitation

You identify as being a women. You love being in nature.  You know that you replenish there.  You feel the connection between your body and forests, meadows, and seas.

During this solstice retreat, we, Kirstien, Sarah, Mae and Helen, will meet you where you are and guide you through an immersion of your nature in nature at your own pace.  We will be sitting around campfires sharing stories,  moving together in dance and gentle yoga, swimming in the pond and relaxing in the sauna. We want you to experience the personal and collective expression of universal intelligence.

We will witness and experience the metaphors nature shows us about our essence, our true selves.

Our intention

is that you leave this time-out-of-time exploration of your nature in nature:

·  More trusting of the wisdom within you that can help you make decisions, navigate turbulent circumstances and weather loss.

· Refreshed by time away from ordinary activity to express the fullness of your true self.

· Nourished by a community that loves, inquires and shares

· With insights that help you move back into the outer world feeling grounded, less disturbed by outer circumstances and more connected to the health and well-being at your core.

· With a deeper understanding of our non-dualistic nature and the 3 Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought

·  More awake to the sensation of love and wisdom in your body

Your Retreat Guides

Kirstien and Sarah are extraordinarily open hearted, creative and magically *REAL* people. They held such a beautiful and elemental space for all of us women...

  • Kirstien Bjerregaard

Guides people to wake up to the inner source of their wellbeing, wisdom, creativity, resilience and love.

  • Sarah Webb

Supports young people, parents and adults experience the power of being present and the reflection of nature to show their inner wisdom and knowing.

  • Mae Karthauser

Mae Karthauser was raised in a family with a very strong ethos towards music and arts. Throughout her musical career she has performed in many beautiful, and also unusual, settings all over Europe. She discovered her true bliss in championing and creating the space for others to discover their own inner voices, both creative and spiritual.

  • Helen Bodiley

Is a yoga teacher based in Devon. She began practicing and teaching yoga in her late 20’s, having trained in theatre and dance. Yoga became a kind of refuge, a place to ‘land’, away from the hurly burly of work and children and constant busy-ness. Her approach is based on the teachings of the late Vanda Scaravelli, who said

“ ..you will be amazed to discover that if you are kind to your body it will respond in an incredible way ..”
