A Coaching Sanctuary for Frontline Professionals and Wellbeing Practitioners to Recover, Connect and Thrive
Designed to support those on the frontline of care, healing, and service. Across six months, you’ll be gently guided to better understand your own deep well of clarity, resilience and wisdom that’s often obscured by stress, exhaustion or trauma.
Your someone who cares deeply. You help others in crisis, in pain, in transition.
But lately, you may feel overwhelmed, overextended—or quietly disconnected from yourself.
You’re skilled, committed, and strong… and you’re weary.
This compassionate small group coaching program will enable you to recover your balance, connect to what sustains you, and thrive from the inside out.

This Program Will Support You To:
Rediscover your innate wellbeing, even in the face of challenge
Understand stress, anxiety and low mood—not as problems to fix, but as signals you no longer fear
Let go of old stories, limiting beliefs and burnout patterns
Be present with others’ pain without taking it on as your own
Heal through insight, embodied practices, and nature connection
Connect deeply—with yourself, others, and what matters most
Cultivate resilience that doesn’t rely on coping strategies, but on a profound inner shift
Each month includes:
1 day group exploration and realisation of inner wellbeing and wisdom (in person in Field of Possibility with relaxation time in wildlife swim pond and sauna).
1hr individual coaching session (online or in person)
1hr group lunchtime webinar to reflect and align (will be recorded)
Support between sessions via whats app group
Links to online resources, talks and audios.

Why I’m offering this…
Supporting frontline professionals to sustain offering quality compassionate care to those in need has been at the heart of my work since 1998.
I spent the first 10 years of my career working internationally in emergency response before I burnt out and realised that intellectually knowing (and training others in) what to do to be resilient and well did not mean I acted on it.
My doctorate in organisational and social psychology examined what enables health and social care professionals to sustain offering compassionate care.
Since 2015, I’ve delivered transformative coaching and training to 100s of frontline professionals on wellbeing, resilience, conflict resolution, leadership and communication.
I believe the quality of compassion and care we can sustainably offer others is entirely linked to the quality of love and understanding we offer ourselves.
Understanding how we humans experience life from the inside-out and are designed to recover, adapt and thrive has profoundly changed the quality of my life and the quality of support I offer others. I want to share this with you.
