Meet the Team
Relating to ourselves and others as fields of possibility, where love, connection and creativity flourish, is foundational to all our work.
Kirstien Bjerregaard, PhD, MACP
Co-Founder, Educator, Psychologist,
Kirstien is a psychologist, educator, counsellor, and transformative coach passionate about helping individuals, professionals, and organisations navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and compassion. She is the co-founder of The Field of Possibility, where her work centres on deepening understanding of how the mind/body shapes human experience and how reconnecting with innate wellbeing and resilience allows people to adapt, recover, and flourish.
With a doctorate in Social and Organisational Psychology and over a decade of frontline experience in international emergency response, UK community development, and Sure Start programmes, Kirstien brings both professional expertise and lived insight to her work.
Since 2015, she has delivered training and coaching to leaders and frontline professionals that enhances their capacity to sustain providing compassionate, high‑quality care while protecting their own wellbeing and reducing the risks of burnout, vicarious trauma, and moral injury.
Whether working with organisations and teams, or individuals, couples and groups, Kirstien draws on Three Principles, non-dual understanding of life, along with neuroscience, somatic awareness and nature‑based practice to illustrate how human beings are naturally designed to recover, adapt, and thrive.
In all contexts and configurations she has seen that as people begin to trust their capacity to navigate life from within, greater ease, creativity, and confidence emerge.

Nature is my family and home. Ever since I was a child I have found comfort and wisdom in the wildlife around me. I love sharing my curiosity about nature with others, through photography and knowledge.
“I’ve touched an incredible deep sense of wellbeing that can’t be taken away, even by illness or death. In my moments of insight I have felt light and free, and really really well in a deeply peaceful way. I’ve seen that it’s possible to live without blame and to let go of lots of heaviness from the past I was still carrying”.
