Re-Sourced from Within - Rooted in Nature
A Weekend to Explore the Source of Resilience and wellbeing
26th-27th Sept 2026, Littlehempston, Devon.
Limited to 8 places
What its about?
Through experiential learning, this weekend examines the shared ground beneath approaches to wellbeing that are often studied separately. Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, somatics, non-duality and nature connection*, it explores the unifying intelligence expressed through mind, body and nature.
Whether you're seeking to cultivate a lifelong orientation to resilience and regeneration, or you're a practitioner wanting to deepen your understanding and practice, this weekend offers a meaningful step on that journey with a small community of learners and practitioners.
The weekend takes place outdoors, gathering around a fire in the roundhouse shelter (or indoors in the barn if very wet), with time to relax, enjoy the field, wildlife swim pond and sauna. Numbers are intentionally kept small to create a spacious, participatory learning environment, with optional opportunities to continue the conversation and explore particular themes in greater depth after the weekend.

A quieter mind and increased sense of vitality.
Greater ease with both personal and professional relationships.
A renewed confidence in their ability to lead and care for others without it depleting them.
